Delivery Rates and Shipping Times
Every shipment has a calculated-fee based on your country/state of residence, so you don’t need to worry about factoring in size or weight of your package. Delivery times may vary based on your location; postal service delays are beyond our control.

Track your Order
Keep tabs on your order! We ship all our orders with a tracking number, so you know where your package is every step of the way, from our post office to your front door. We do not require a signature upon delivery. When we ship out your order, you will receive an email that includes your shipping confirmation and your tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel by visiting the website of the shipping carriers (USA: USPS; USA: UPS).
Even with a tracking number, we know errors occur. If you have not received your package please contact your postal service and inform them of the issue (you will need your tracking number). If the postal service is unable to assist you, contact us and we will attempt to find your package for you!
Though we generally send our bottles in brown boxes, in some cases, we may need to ship via USPS flat rate to ensure safe and secure delivery. All your products will be delivered wrapped with bubble wrap to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. If you are ordering from outside the US, we are happy to provide additional options. Neither our company name nor a list of contents will appear on the outside of your parcel. Only necessary postal service information will appear: addresses and a tracking label.
